Who we are

Johan Struwig founded the Adam Group in 2014 but the story started many years ago.

Johan’s core is entrepreneurship. He began his career in the Prosperity Group of Companies, a family business started by his brother more than 20 years ago.

Johan has worked for the Group not only in Namibia and South Africa but also in many countries across Africa. During his time with the Group he developed a unique set of business principles that are important to him. Amongst these principles are surrounding himself with world-class brands, world-class people and world-class products.

13 years later he started his first company by following these exact principles. Today the Adam Group consists of 5 different companies, with Namibia Plastics being the flagship of this rapid growing group of companies.
